By commissioning me you agree to the following

- You must be 18 years or older to order a commission from me- Commissions are personal use only unless explicitly negotiated for commercial use- I the artist retain full rights to the work, unless explicitly negotiated- I the artist as the holder of the rights to the work (non commercial works only) have full permission to publicly post any works done unless stated otherwise.- Commissioner may ask for commission to be kept private for an added fee.- Commercial commissions are kept private at all times unless commissioner gives me the artist permissions to post piblicly.- Client is not allowed to claim the art as their own works, if client posts the works to their socials I the artist must be credited with an @ or direct link somewhere on that post or in a pinned reply- Custom design commissions are for personal use unless explicitly negotiated, this means that customs cannot be used for vtubeing unless talked over and a commerical usage rights fee is paid- My designs are not to be sold to any blacklisted users at any point.- l2d model art will always have commercial rights built into the base price- ALL PAYMENTS ARE UPFRONT BEFORE THE COMMISSION IS STARTED VIA PAYPAL OR SQUARE INVOICE- I will not do any preemptive work before I receive payment.- Once the commission is started I will not issue any refunds or chargebacks unless I find myself unable to complete your commission on my own terms.
- At any point in the commission prossess you are more then welcome to ask for wips/updates on your commission and I will always send out updates at the end of the sketching phase, lineart phase, flat colors, and then one more check in after rending before i send out the finished high rez filesDo's: Any gender/body type, human, anthro, or feral characters, some mech, mild humanoid nsfw
